Privacy Policy
Effective November 3, 2026
Local Luxury Closets is operated by Realtime Systems, LLC. This page explains how we handle information submitted through our Jacksonville consultation-request website. Requests are shared with Closets by Design Jacksonville so its team can respond about the project.
Information we collect and use
We collect the contact details and project answers you submit: name, phone, email, project ZIP, current storage condition, storage priorities, project type and timeline. We use them to route and respond to your request, check service coverage, manage business records, and prevent duplicate requests. We also receive campaign and click identifiers provided in the page address.
Service providers and sharing
We share your request with Closets by Design Jacksonville and vendors that operate this service, including Vercel for hosting and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for contact management and delivery. The local provider handles consultation scheduling, estimates and installation under its own terms and privacy practices. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights.
Advertising measurement
When permitted by your privacy settings, Meta receives page-view, anonymous questionnaire-progress and successful-request events. Meta may receive browser identifiers, device and network information, and hashed contact identifiers to match and deduplicate advertising conversions. Hashing does not make matching data anonymous. Questionnaire-progress events do not include your name, email, phone, ZIP or individual answers.
We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling Meta browser and server tracking. Cookie controls are available in your browser. Session storage retains an anonymous session ID and submission ID to support navigation and retries.
Contact and choices
Submitting the form requests contact about your project. It does not enroll you in unrelated marketing or book an appointment. You can ask us or the provider to stop contacting you. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, email zach@realtimesystems.ai. Requests are subject to applicable record-retention requirements.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed for project follow-up, business records, security and applicable legal obligations. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Audience and updates
This service is intended for adults seeking home-storage services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We may update this notice as the service changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
